Guardian Angel Outpatient Rehab for all your therapy Needs, Our Therapists work closely with each individual. A plan of care is performed to assure the highest quality of therapy. We focus on helping the individual to improve his/her quality of life.
An evaluation is conducted for planning individualized rehabilitative program in accordance with his/her physician’s recommendations.
